Do I need to know finance to use Kiverya?
No. Kiverya translates your business data into clear, actionable language. If something is wrong, it tells you directly and suggests what to do. The Copilot responds in plain language, like talking to your financial advisor.
Is my bank data secure?
Yes. Kiverya uses PSD2-regulated Open Banking through WealthReader. Read-only access, AES-128 encrypted tokens, no bank password storage. Kiverya can never move money or initiate transfers.
Does it work with my CRM?
Kiverya is CRM-agnostic and connects to any practice management software with an API. Cliniko is already available and more connectors are on the roadmap. If you use a different CRM, contact us — the Kiverya architecture is designed to integrate with new platforms.
How long until my dashboard is ready?
After completing the CRM and bank connection, the first KPI calculation is available within minutes. The system updates automatically every day.
Can I have multiple locations?
Yes. Kiverya supports multiple locations under one organization with a location selector in the panel. View consolidated data or switch between locations at any time.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Access the Stripe portal where you can cancel, change plan, or update your card at any time. No calls, no hassle.
