2.1 Contact and demo request form

When you fill in our contact form or request a demo, we collect your name, email address, company name and message. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, inform you about the Kiverya product. The legal basis is MAVERICK COMPRAS S.L.'s legitimate interest and the user's consent upon form submission.

2.2 Navigation and analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to obtain website usage statistics (pages visited, session time, traffic source). This data is anonymised and aggregated; it does not identify individuals. The legal basis is your consent, which you can grant or withdraw through the cookie banner.

2.3 Marketing pixels

The website may load tracking pixels from Meta (Instagram) and X (Twitter) to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and, where applicable, display relevant ads. These pixels are only activated if you have accepted marketing cookies through the banner. The legal basis is your explicit consent.

Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless you exercise your right to erasure. Analytics data is managed in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings (14 months by default). Data associated with marketing pixels is governed by Meta's and X's own policies.

MAVERICK COMPRAS S.L. does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Data may be shared with the following service providers acting as data processors:

  • Google LLC — Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and search visibility (Search Console). Google may transfer data to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Meta Pixel for campaign measurement on Instagram and Facebook. Subject to Meta's data processing terms.
  • X Corp. — X (Twitter) Pixel for advertising campaign measurement. Subject to X's data processing terms.

All international transfers to third countries are carried out with appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR.
